Shipping and Delivery

Free shipping and returns is provided for all standard domestic orders over $100. In-stock merchandise typically ships within one day of order.  Weekend orders are processed the next business day. 

Standard Domestic Delivery: Standard delivery orders are shipped via UPS Standard Ground Service or via USPS Priority Mail, and generally will arrive in 3-5 business days. Items ordered at the same time will not necessarily be delivered together.
International Delivery: International delivery orders are shipped via USPS Priority International or DHL, and generally arrive in 7-10 business days.

       

      Alterations

      We pride ourselves on offering amazing customer service, and so in addition to offering free shipping for orders over $100, we also offer limited free alterations. Partnering with our in store seamstress, we are able to tailor sleeve and pant length for a better fit. Please reach out to customer service for additional questions or information.

       

      Returns and Exchanges

      We understand that it’s our customers who come first and drive our business. If there is any problem whatsoever, please let us know and we will work to solve it immediately.  All returns/exchanges can be made within 90 days of purchase.  We will pick up the tab for the return shipping on domestic orders as well! We make it easy for you, just reach out to customer service and we will take it from there.

      Returning a Gift: Gift recipients who return an item can exchange the item for any OLE MASON JAR merchandise of the same value.
      Exchanges: Exchanges can be made within 90 days of the invoice date. Availability of your desired replacement item is not guaranteed, but we will make every effort to meet your needs.
      Refunds: Should you decide you would like a refund, just let us know, and we will refund you for your order minus the cost of shipping.
      Return Shipping: If you need to return your item, just send us an email and we will take care of the rest.  We will send you a return label and pick up the tab for shipping.

       

       

      Non-Refundable Services and Merchandise

      Several items from OLE MASON JAR are non-refundable. Please read below to see if your product or items is included in this list.

      Final Sale: Merchandise marked "Final Sale" will not be accepted for a refund, return or exchange.
      Tailoring: Merchandise that has been altered or tailored will not be accepted for a refund.
      Custom Items: All custom sales are final. Please contact custom@olemasonjar.com for more information on altering custom items.
      International Shipping and Return Shipping: International shipping and return shipping is non-refundable. We will, however be happy to work with you to find an efficient way of returning the product.
