A link to a personalized Google Hangout is sent to your email when you first schedule your appointment. Join on your phone or computer.

Step Three

Talk through your needs, and share what you have in your closet.

Talk through what you're looking to add to your wardrobe. And an unexpected perk of calling from home? You can easily share what is already in your closet for us to pair items with, or to showcase what you do or don't like about your current wardrobe.

Step Four

Narrow down fabrics, and have final swatches mailed to you.

We go through hundreds of fabrics and can order right on the call, or mail the final swatches for you to make a decision in person.

Step Five

Confirm the sizing we have on file, or go through a guided self-measurement.

If we don't already have your measurements, our team will send you a measuring tape in advance of the call and then guide you through how to measure each step.

Are Virtual Appointments free?
You bet! And you're not pressured to buy anything on the call. We want to establish a working relationship with our clients and sometimes that means a free consult.

Can I do a Virtual Appointment for casual wear or custom shoes?
Definitely. We can talk through any of our offerings on a Virtual Appointment including those listed and for weddings.

What if my child is screaming in the background?
Haha! This doesn't bother us one bit. Virtual Appointments are designed to make your life easy, we're used to handling background noise.
